After a wreck, everything can be so stressful. Collision Connection made this part extremely stress-free from the moment I called them. They were on my side and there to help they scheduled today for me to bring my vehicle and since my car was still drivable and they assessed my car so that they could order all parts necessary, and I would still have my vehicle. The day came to drop off my vehicle, and I arrived at Collision Connection and I did not have like I should have. They help me secure a rental, and Mandy helped me get to the rental company and made sure I had everything I needed before they took my vehicle. While my car was getting repaired, I was updated through text and calls to let me know how far along my car was in the repair process and when to expect to pick it up. I never had to call once to check on my car because they kept me so well informed. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion, and looked brand new when I picked it up. I had one issue that they could not fix. I will have to go to the dealership for that. However, they did research on that for me and let me know what I can get that approved through the insurance and get that moving. My vehicle was clean and they made sure that I got my rental dropped off and everything was squared left. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Collision Connection. Each person I encountered went above and beyond for me to make sure that this process was an stress-free as possible. The work they did on my car was amazing and done in a timely fashion. My dad is a very picky because this is the first brand new car I've ever purchased and I can honestly say I am very happy with the work that was done. 10/10. I highly recommend! Great Ladies in the office took care of my Insurance and repaired my car perfect.

The lady who works at the front desk, I can't remember her name. She is a joy, always very helpful and attentive. Her smile and service will leave you smiling too. I have no complaints about the job those guys do either. I love picking my car up from them!
